WRCB: Adoption Project and TN Attorney General share message during National Adoption Month
The Adoption Project has partnered with Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti for National Adoption Month to raise awareness of the risks posed by illegal and unethical adoption facilitators.
On November 20, the Attorney General shared a video message reminding adoptive and birth parents of their rights. He also reminded the public of the steep penalties that illegal adoption facilitators will face if caught creating illegal advertising and marketing.
